1. Contact Planet USA at (828) 215-4779 to request HyperNet on your account.
   
2. Download HyperNet for Planet USA - (Click Here to Download HyperNet for Windows 98/ME/2000/XP)
   (Click Here to Download HyperNet for Mac OS X)
   
3. When prompted, click SAVE and Save it to your Desktop.
   
4. After it's downloaded, hang up and look on your Desktop.
   
5. Find the file (called hypernet.exe) and double click on it to install it.
   
6. Simply click NEXT each time it asks and when the install is done, it will ask for a username and password (It may ask you to reboot first).
   
7. Your username would be YourUsername@hypernet.cc (For example: johndoe@hypernet.cc)
   
8. After you input your username and password the ICON will show up in the lower right corner of your screen next to the Time Display.
   
9. The accelerator is now installed and will automatically speed you up and change color as you surf.

• The HyperNet icon will be a green "X"
  
• The icon will change color to yellow when it's speeding you up.
  
• You can right click on the icon and select Statistics to see how much it's speeding you up.

• If you need to change the username or password, right click on the icon and select Settings.
  
• If HyperNet isn't started, it will turn into a red "X" and it will not allow any web pages to load. To start HyperNet, right click on it and select "Start HyperNet".
  
• If you need to do a Windows Update (http://www.windowsupdate.com), temporarily disable HyperNet by right clicking on it and select STOP. Re-enable it when the update is done. Another alternative is, you can setup a proxy exlusion list - Click Here for directions
  
• If the accelerator does not load, you will have problems loading up your webpage, usually clicking on the REFRESH button will load the webpage if your accelerator is disabled.
  
• The most common problem is incorrect usernames. Please read step 7 above and make sure your username is correct and reboot your computer before calling for assistance.
